Individual & relationship therapy
Online across the UK, and in person at my home studio in Cambridge. I'm Tara, thanks for stopping by.

I don't think of therapy as a quick fix for a problem. I think of it as a process: a way of learning how to be with yourself, and with the people you love, a little more freely.
Most of what brings people to therapy comes down to a lack of skill in knowing how to cope with our emotions. That isn't your fault. Usually it's about what you did or didn't learn growing up. And whatever you weren't given (emotional regulation, the ability to set boundaries, the language to name what you need) can be learned at any point in your life. I hold quite firmly to a version of an old idea: it's never too late to have a happy childhood, even if that childhood happens in your adulthood.
Change is possible. It also takes real work, because it means unlearning old patterns and slowly building new ones. My job is to be alongside you while you do that, with warmth, honesty, and genuine curiosity about how you came to be the way you are.
I work with individuals and with relationships, in person at my home studio in Cambridge or online. If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can see whether we're a good fit before booking a first session.
Or send me a message and I'll get back to you.
